ASTM A537 CL.3 Equivalent Grade
P355GH, A516GR70, are not exactly equal grade.If we have to find one and 16Mo3 should be better choice. the detail equal grade should be discussed with your engineer.
ASTM A537 CL.3 steel plates shall be normalized. SA537CL2 and A537 CL.3 plates shall be quenched and tempered. The tempering temperature for Cl2 plates shall not be less than 1100°F [595°C] for not less than 1⁄2 h and 1150°F [620°C] for Class 3 plates for not less than 1⁄2 h.
